Why am I saying this?
I find that people who work in roles other than sales think that it’s not important for them to know how salespeople work.
But when you progress in any field, you will finally need sales skills to perform your duty.
Also, if you are in the implementation role, you will certainly have customer interactions.
I have had many colleagues who understood sales and many others who didn’t as well.
