Business Analyst

Qualification:

 

  1. Computer Science Engineer with 2 years of Experience or less.
  2. Passionate, keen to learn, ready to work in a challenging, dynamic, fluid & chaotic environment.
  3. EXPERT in EXCEL – Pivot Tables, Look up, Macros etc.
  4. Writing basic SQL queries [need not be a SQL Ninja but we will love you, if you are one].
  5. Experience & Knowledge of Cloud & SAAS.
  6. Knowledge of SFA & Supply Chain.
  7. Domain Knowledge not compulsory. But FMCG, Retail & Distribution Knowledge will be a big plus.
  8. CRM Implementation experience preferred but not mandatory.
  9. Understanding Customer Requirements.
  10. Translating Business Requirements to Technical Specifications.
  11. Analyzing Data, Doing deep dive, Generating Reports, Measuring KPIs, Creating Insights to make Key Business Decisions & Measuring RoI.
  12. Ability to work with minimum or no supervision.

Job Description:

 

You will be part of the Implementation & Hand-holding team that does the Implementation of a SaaS CRM, Training and Providing Support for the first 60 days since Go-Live. You will be responsible for understanding & Documenting Customer Requirements, Data collection, Drawing an Implementation Plan, Forming the Core team, Executing the plan, Training Administrators, Super Users & Users, Providing Support initially and signing-off. You will be responsible for complete customer satisfaction.

You will draw a plan to stay in touch with the customer on a frequent basis, help them derive benefits from the investment, remove bottlenecks and help them in business decision making using the CRM tool.

You will be part of a fast growing, dynamic and young team that wants to make a mark in the CRM space in the near term. And in the long term, sky is the limit.
